Anthony Severino | President, CEO
Anthony Severino is the President, sales director and co-founder of ScreenDreamer LLC. As ScreenDreamer gained market share in the real estate and other Internet Marketing sectors, Severino realized that websites alone do not guarantee success. Successful Internet marketing requires a comprehensive marketing plan including processes and tools to manage critical information, manage client relationships and increase conversion. Internet technology allows the opportunity to capture and process huge amounts of consumer information, effectively maintain contact with contacts and “close the loop” with consumers, but companies need help developing and executing their plan successfully. “ScreenDreamer excels at helping our clients through the entire process so that they experience success, that’s ‘Success as a Service’”, says Severino.
Obsessed with customer success, Severino leads ScreenDreamer on its mission to help its clients to be more successful, no matter what current level of success they have attained. Severino has initiated several programs to continuously improve customer success, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention.
Prior to the formation of ScreenDreamer, Severino enjoyed a successful 18 year career at Xerox Corporation. He credits his experience and training at Xerox for his vast knowledge and obsession with customer service, quality, and both technical and people skills. “Xerox is truly a leader in customer service, sales training, quality training and process development. Their processes and satisfied customers made them and kept them industry leaders even in the face of fierce competition” says Severino. “I preach that solid repeatable processes and very satisfied, successful customers ensure our success”.
Severino brings 26 years of service, technology sales and management experience to ScreenDreamer. His optimism and vision compliment the ScreenDreamer management team. Since high school, with an elective “basic programming” course, through college, to the present, Severino remains excited about technology and its positive effect on business, people and society. |

Curt Tegeler | Vice President of Business Development
Curt has over 19 years of management and sales experience in the tri-county area mortgage industry and is a co-founder of ScreenDreamer LLC. Prior to founding ScreenDreamer, Curt’s activities included loan origination, sales, recruitment and training, and wholesale mortgage division management. Curt has an in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, making him uniquely qualified to service the needs of our real estate oriented businesses.

Dino Capone | Vice President of Technology
Dino is responsible for the deployment and maintenance of all technology based products and services used by ScreenDreamer's clients . In addition, Dino acts as a liaison to the technology community, interacting with educational, government and other Real Estate related industry groups on technology related matters for Screendreamer LLC and their partners. Dino has built an outstanding technical team and has provided leadership and vision for ScreenDreamer's overall technical direction.
